By the time you’re reading this, I’ve most likely have landed from a 7 hour flight. & Thank God – I can finally stretch out. The last time I did a flight this long would be in 2015 – which was a flight from Manchester, England to Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia with a two-hour transit at Doha International Airport. Anyways, that’s besides the case – and, also that was the time I knew nothing about skincare, especially in-flight skincare. Today, I am here to share with you some of my favourite in-flight skin care essentials. Here’s my top five skin care essentials when travelling: Hand sanitizerStaying germ-free on a flight to avoid getting sick is high on anyone’s list, which is why I always starts with hand sanitizer. This Jao hand sanitizer is packed with chamomile extract and a bunch of essential oils, so my hands don’t feel dry after using it. Innisfree's My real Squeeze face mask (Coconut)After my hands are well-sanitized and my face is wiped clean, I’d use a sheet mask. I’m currently loving the ones from Innisfree, especially the Coconut scented one. This rich cream-type real mask, enriched with full-bodied juice thoroughly squeezed from coconuts, leaves rough, dry skin moisturized and smooth. I loved how pleasantly cooling and refreshing it felt immediately upon using. Nivea Original Care Lip BalmThis is my go-to lip balm even when I am not travelling. It easily heals dry, cracked lips and feels great on the lips, without feeling too heavy or greasy. If you’re looking to change your lip balm, try Nivea! I promise you would not regret it. The Body shop's british rose hand creamThis product by The Body Shop is hands down one of the best – and also, my favourite hand cream. I even carry this around with me even when I’m not travelling – you know to keep them hands moisturize and smelling all nice and rosey. Innisfree's green tea seed eye creamSorry (not sorry) for introducing another Innisfree product, BUT Innisfree never fails to impress me. And, this Green Tea Seed Eye Cream is by far my favourite eye cream. As soon as I get on the plane, I’ll apply this under the eyes and take little nap. Plus, it’s 30ml – thus, meeting the hand carry travel requirements. *side note: Also, if you’re looking for some skin care recommendations, I’d highly recommend Innisfree’s Green Tea line. I’ll try to get everything travel-friendly (100ml & below). That’s all from me! 💌
